Mount
Greylock State Reservation
The highest peak in Massachusetts standing at 3,491
feet tall, Mount Greylock is hiker’s paradise.
One of the main attractions is Greylock Glen, which
features challenging trails up the steep eastern side
of the mountain. It was attained by the Commonwealth
in 1898 and became Massachusetts' first state park.
The park is open from sunrise until dusk, year-round,
with free access and a parking fee of $2.
